Has my Powerball combination ever won?

Almost certainly not, and neither has anyone else's: in 1,997 draws, no set of main numbers has ever repeated. There are 292,201,338 possible tickets, so the history covers a vanishing fraction of them. What this tool answers instead is the useful version: how often your line would have won something, what it would have been worth, and how close it has come.

Does checking past draws help me pick numbers?

No. Each draw is independent, so nothing in the history changes what happens next — a line that has never come close is exactly as likely tonight as one that has. The tool is here because it is genuinely interesting to see, and because the answer it gives is a more honest one than "these numbers are due".

Are my numbers sent anywhere?

No. The entire draw history is included in this page — about 15 KB — and the matching runs in your browser. Nothing you type leaves your device, there is no request to us when you press check, and the tool works offline once the page has loaded.

Which draws does it check?

All 1,405 draws since October 7, 2015, which is when Powerball last changed to drawing 5 numbers from 69. Earlier draws used a different set of balls, so a line containing a number that did not exist then could not have won, and including them would distort the result.
